This seven-week cohort experience utilizes “A Father’s Love” curriculum, specially curated by Norman Young, founder of Man Cave. Some of the deliverables that each father will receive upon completion are:
- Man Cave provides a space for fathers to share insights on navigating the demanding yet rewarding role of fatherhood.
- Fathers are provided with resources and practical tools that support them in better caring for their physical and emotional needs, to help improve self-care.
- Fathers establish a safety plan to ensure the safety and well-being of their children both inside and outside the home.
- Fathers are connected to the continuously growing Man Cave network.
- Fathers learn practical tips on listening and communicating effectively with their children.
- Fathers are more informed about the needs and challenges of children in today's society.
